Idiot Alert

Dear lovely bloggers.
I have just accidentally deleted all your lovely comments.
I am gutted.
If you’ve still got them send them again and I’ll publish them.
I’m off to see CABARET now, it’s their first year birthday, I have been invited along with LBC.
Forgive me for pressing the wrong button, I know not what I do, or should that read, I knew not what I did?
Whtever it is/was I’m an idiot.!!!!!

  1. Hi Jeni,
These things happen…I do it all the time. Took me 18 months to figure out where the letter w was on the keyboard!
    My comment ran something like:
Funny you should mention mint tea. I was in a Moroccan supermarket looking at teapots at about the time you were using one.
What were the 3 books that you took home from LBC? I love to know what other people are reading.
I look forward to listening to your radio programmes when I am back in the UK (only a couple of weeks to go now). I feel like I am missing out!
Hope you had a grat evening at “Cabaret”. Our neighbours have just left after “apero”. Tough life i’nit.

  2. Hi Jen,
Never mind we all have our senior moments…I am only 37 and have about 57 a day.
Hope you enjoyed Cabaret, I heard Julian Clary on LBC the other week on my other Jenny’s show, sounded like he would play a good part.
I have just booked Hairspray myself for me and the girls cant wait, let us know if you enjoyed the God that is Mr. Ball
Enjoying the evening with one’s self and the choccy lab Nutmeg as the Beloved is at some Jeremy Clarkson event at Earls Court”
    Keep blogging,
    Michelle.
PS, Forgive me for I have sinned……I watched The Ramsey on Tuesday !!!!!!

  3. Hello JB
Hope you enjoyed “Cabaret” – don’t worry, I managed to format my MP3 player – I didn’t have my reading specs on and thought “I wonder what this menu item is” and pressed it. Whoosh. By some stroke of luck I had backed it up the day before.
I know you got rid of the popups but if you use Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.com) you can avoid them forever, it’s an alternative to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and it’s free. You can import your favourites too.
That’s all, goodnight and sleep tight, bugs an all that.

  4. Hi Jeni,Just to say for goodness sake get back on our screens, what a drab time we are having, mostly uninteresting rubbish is being aired in the cookery field,I speak of the newer programmes. There are a few snippets here and there, those that don’t ever fail AWT,Gino and that’s it.so please do something anything,i know you can, but do please hurry.christmas just will not happen this year.so work your magic.lots of good luck and good wishes.Sandy

  5. Whoopsie!
It might be worth contacting your web site’s hosting company and see if they can restore the database all of your site’s content is stored in. If they’re a good company, they’ll be doing regular backups of all their sites, so it could well be possible. You’ll have to make sure you’ve got copies of everything you’ve entered after your deletion as if they restore everything, it will almost certainly wipe out the newer stuff. Putting that back should be fairly trivial though – I’m guessing you can copy+paste the posts back in.
